Purchasing Products on Our Website

By placing an order, the user confirms that the information provided is truthful and complete, and that they have the legal capacity to enter into sales contracts in accordance with Colombian law.

Once payment has been completed, Sparkling MJ will send an order confirmation to the email address registered by the customer. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of the order and the formalization of the purchase contract.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders under the following circumstances, among others:

• Products unavailable in inventory

• Payments not approved or incomplete

• Incorrect or fraudulent customer information

• Any circumstance that prevents proper product delivery

Prices and Payments

All prices are shown in Colombian pesos (COP) and include applicable taxes under current Colombian legislation.

Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be calculated and displayed before completing the purchase.

Sparkling MJ reserves the right to modify prices, promotions, or conditions without prior notice. However, orders confirmed before such modification will retain the conditions in effect at the time of purchase.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipments are made from Bogotá, Colombia, through national and international logistics partners (such as Inter Rapidísimo, DHL, or other certified operators).

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a tracking number.

Sparkling MJ will not be responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, such as weather conditions, customs procedures, or delays by the logistics operator.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges determined by local authorities in the destination country. These costs must be borne by the buyer.

Product Availability

All items are subject to availability. If a product purchased is not available after payment has been completed, Sparkling MJ will contact the customer to offer an alternative or a full refund of the amount paid.

Exchanges and Returns

Sparkling MJ only accepts returns in the following cases:
